I came up with the concept Moving Beyond the Box to help people to move and dance more care free.
We all know of the saying: “Dance like nobody’s watching.”
I think it is more powerful to say: “Dance and don’t care who is watching!”
For most people, this is easier said than done, which is why I have created Moving Beyond the Box – a newsletter and online classes run by me.
